Good day Sir.Firstly let us to introducing ourselves. We are chemical industry of hygiene and cleaning products for professional Brazilian market. The Oleak have started its activity since 1955 and starts to manufacture hygiene and cleaning products, in 1986.Now we are looking for some equipment that helps us to produce as faster a bag and to fill hand soap liquid inside this bag.This bag has a specific feature, because we need to put washer (plastic holder) that fix the soap valve on the bag. This washer is welded on the bag.Then, we need of a machine that makes whole the process, i.e., it welds the plastic holder, closes the tube, fills and seals packaging bag.This machine should make some operations, as follows: 1. The machine takes plastic piece and welds on the film on the specific place. Then it welds both sides of the bag. Next, the machine fills bag with the liquid soap and after this, the machine welds the top of bag and cut the bag that is below and ready. Regarding to plastic holder that we have to weld on the surface of film, there is not necessary that the machine make a hole on film. It just should be welded.Is it possible you make a machine it can do these operations? Or if you cant make some like this, I would like to know if you know some company can make this for us.In attached, follows the pictures of bag and the plastic piece that we need to weld.The size of these bags is: 400ml (170*190mm) and 800 ml (188 x 245mm) and the machine production can be about 40 bags per minute. The viscosity of soap may vary about 1.5 to 2.0 Cst until 8,000 Cps.
