We represented Smac, Inc in Puerto Rico and Caribbean market supply integration service with access control and surveillance cameras. In November 4, 2015 we buy automatic door operator SD-190. That operator not response adequately and the controller is not accurate with sliding door operator manual. March 3, 2016 we buy a new controller from Olide contact person Mr. Jason Xu. We received a new controller after I paid that. The result is a same, the controller not work, inputs for reopen or sensor safety beam not working. We try to contact Mr. Jason Xu send a lot email requested technical assistance unfortunately no response. Our customer sues us and we get embarrassed situation with that customer. We need urgent attention with that problem and fixed the operator.Thanks.Eddie Santiag
