plush toy inquiry

Hello,I am looking for a manufacturer/supplier who can produce plush toy animals with removable filling. The purpose of this is to allow for custom embroidery on the actual plush toy animals. I have attached an example of a 13(39 cm) tiger plush toy, which includes 2 pods with polyester that can be inserted into the stuffed animal. There are 2 pods, one for the head and one for the body. The tiger itself has a zipper lining. This is what we are looking for, but it does not have to be a tiger.I am looking for high quality products that abide by flammability and safety regulations. We are a distributor based in Canada and are looking to distribute within North America to start.If you can produce items such as this, please provide details of the products, and preferably some photos of the products along with measurements.
