Dear Ting Yang,In 2009 i have purchaised one of your DVD players for VW. Since than i had a problem in catching any radio stations or TV. Because i didnt listen to much radion i didnt bother that. Lately my friend told me that the reason for that is that my radio is customised or default programed for US market not UK/Europe (it is seen when radion is searching frequencies - it skips through odd frequency nombers). I have also a problem with my SD card reader - it constantly says message BAD CARD. When i receive a player i didnt have VW logo on a log screan. In that case it looks like this radio wasnt customised for UK/Eutope market and propably have some firmware bug. Is it possible to get firmvare for this radio so i could replace it. Can i also get Europe customise files? The only number for this radio i have sticked to the case is: MS******16569.Kind RegardsLukasz Kabacik
