Date: 5th February 2009 SUBJECT: OVERWRAP MACHINE REQUIREMENTS The following document contains our requirements for an overwrap machine. 1. What type of product are you producing and what do you need to overwrap, if possible please provide a photo? q The overwrap machine will be used for triple & double wrapping soap bars. q Soap bars for tripling or doubling are individually wrapped. q Three [3] (or two [2]) bars are then banded together using polypropylene. q Please refer to attached photos of our various products. 2. What types of materials are required for overwrapping products? q Material currently in use: Polypropylene (PP) Film q Appearance: Clear and transparent q Width: 140mm (for 85g and 95g soap bars), 160mm (for doubling 125g soap bars), 170mm (for tripling 125g soap bars) q Thickness: 0.98mil + 0.0001 (25microns) q Roll O.D.: 11 q Core I.D.: 3.0 q % Haze: 1.6 q *@********************l Range: 107 œ 150oC 3.
