I would like to manufacture a seat cover. I would like to manufacture it in flannel, terry cloth, terry velour, cotton velour, or cotton interlock. I am flexible on the material but I prefer flannel. It must be comfortable for children to sit on, absorbent, cheap to make and stretchy. It must be machine washable and able to tumble dry. It must have an elastic around the edges. It must have perforations (slits) to allow for securing it to the chair It needs to be very cost effective. I have a prototype made in flannel and terry cloth.The seat/chair cover is for every day use. It is to keep the chair clean from mess. The product needs to retail for around Ask Buyer.
