Dear Sir or Madam Greetings come to you. My name is Awny Jadon and I am the CEO of a company called idea4sites based in Israel. I am interested in acquiring a Sanitary Napkin Vending Machines (Not tampons). However I have a few questions I need to ask you and they are as follows: 1 Size, weight and capacity of a machine. Would it be possible to have a somewhat small machine with high capacity? What are the prices for the different sizes of the machines? 2 Can we install SIM card, software/website (built in .NET), have different settings that will run a script each time a purchase is made? OR do you have a better and simpler idea on how to know when a machine in out of products without going on-site to check it? The plan behind this is to have an option of having a wireless SIM/network card install with an internet based software that can transmit every purchase made to keep track of transactions so that we know when the machine needs refilling. (this is optional and not a requirement) 3 Do you have en English catalogue that covers all aspects according to county laws? 4 Can we design the machine in the colors of our choice, the logo, etc. without additional costs? 5 Do your machines support all types of currencies specifically New Israeli Shekel and Jordanian Dinars? Does support other languages meaning the functionality and the messages must be in Hebrew and Arabic. 6 Does the machine give back change or refund? Can it take more than one type of coin or just one? 7 What materials make up the machine and keep in mind that sanitary machines must be sterile and clean to hold sensitive products. 8 Is the machine battery operated? If so, how long does the battery last? Is it smart enough to go into standby when it is not in use to save power? Is it the rechargable type, do you provide extra sets of battery and the recharger? 9 - Is a touch screen or a LCD display? Can we have some machines in the future, as if all pieces join together then we can use the software/internet with the LCD. 10 Does the machine have a warranty and for how long? 11 if the machine breaks how can it be fixed, here (you give us instructions to fix/install), there, etc.? If it is there, then it would take at least 60 days to repair, in the mean time, how will you compensate us on the loss of 2-month business? Also what is the shipping cost to Nazareth, Israel.
