your lock yl99 malfunctioned the battery seemed to die, so i took the battery pack backup but it still didnt work ,then i changed the batteries in the backup to new ones . the light came on the key pad and still didnt work i tried to reset code and change the codes but there was no beeping. we were locked outside a secure area then i had break through the wall to get in ,not good,its working now i changed the batteries in the door lock.why didnt the backup battery not work????
