Dear All,We look for HDPE product with the following 1.Material: High Density Poly Ethylene with an excellent combination of stiffness and environment stress crack resistance.2.Application: designed for small blow molding containers (5Liters) for lubricant Oils.3.Specifications: A.Physical properties:-Density: 0.956 gr/m³-Melt index: 0.3 gram/ 10 minutes.-Melt temperature: 180-200 Cº-Vicat softening temperature: 127 CºB.Mechanical properties:-Stiffness: 12.00 Kg/cm²-Hardness: 68 shore D-Elongation (Break) 1.000% 4.Notes: -100 Kg sample required for making trail test.-Chemical and physical details should be submitted.-Third party inspection certificate required.-Certificate of origin required. 5.M.S.D.S: must be submitted6.Packing: in 25 Kg paper bags of sufficient strength with stand overseas shipment, each 40 bags on wooden pallet with shrinkage cover on each pallet.7.Shelf life: two years from manufacturing date in condition of the manufacturing date of the materials shall ne not exceeding than 3 months from the start of shipping8.Payment: at sight irrevocable letter of credit issued from TBI Bank, CIF Um Qasr sea port.9.Delivery period: 100 days from opening the letter of credit.10.Delivery Place: Um Qasr sea port.
