RFQ Description

Dear Sir/Mdm, We are seriously interested in a special kind of machine with description below, Iam sure you are certainly able to produce. Pls check it and let me know, in worse cause pls recommend some producer which can offer it.We are looking for sealing machine which is able to produce sleeve by sealing at the edges from two unwinded reels with same structure - Al foil 9 microns /PE 10gsqm/PAP 40gsqm/PE 15gsqm. The thickness of this structure will be from 60 - 100 microns, it means that totally after sealing the complete structure has cca 200 microns. Max. outer diameter of unwinded reels should be 600mm and max. width of the reels which will be sealed at the edges is moving from 200 - 600mm. So sealing device should be easy exchangable for different width between 2 seals. Max. outer diameter of rewinded reel should be min. 400mm. Final product which is winded onto paper core with inside diameter 50mm pls check on attached file sleeve, where by the most dark colour is marked the seal with a width 7, 5mm on each side. Before rewinding should be cutting device for removing longitudinal strips, which coming out from unperfect adjustment of 2 layers on each other. The photo of final product for imagine is attached.
