Dear Sir /MadamWe write to express our interest in ordering Portland Cement The initial consignment shall be 20,000 MT(Twenty Thousands Metric Tonne) . This quantity may be split between item I and item 2 as below . We will confirm our requirements later. consignments may fluctuate due to seasonal demand variation. Required Goods Specification Item I -ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT CEM 1142.5 R in 50 kg bags . -The composition of Ponland Cements (CEM Il) shall comply with GS 22 or BS EN 197 and be sampled and tested in accordance with BS EN 196. Cements with more than 6% extender shall comply with GS 766 or BS EN 197. -The bags must be damproof and the cement shall not dry up upon storage for a minimum 6 month. - The cement shall be package on pallets. Item 2 -ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT CEM 1132.5 N in 50 kg bags . -The composition of Portland Cements (CEM Il) shall comply with GS 22 or BS EN 197 and be sampled and tested in accordance with BS EN 196.
