RFQ Description

Dear, Sir or Madam, We are interesting in biogass plants.According to strategy of implementation of EU directive on Renewables Lithuania has approved plan to develop biogas supply to the natural gas network technology and this is open market at the moment. While national price regulator is preparing metodology of tariff and cost callculation we are interesting to prepare feasability study.At the momemnt we are interesting to calculate cost of production and biogas treatment using concrete investment projects. We would like to ask you provide us available technical and commercial (preliminary) information for the planned biogas plant:1. Nominal supply to the network capacity of 1000 n.m3 / h of biomethane;2. Substrat: energy crops with the ability to add small amounts of other components (eg. chopped fodder beet, cereals) or animal waste, it depend on costs. We would like to ask you to provide basic technological scheme, specifications, supply volume and terms, price indication and technical requirements for installation and connections on the site:1. The main characteristics (output, flows, geometrical size, biogas pressure after upgrading, etc.);2. Requirements for engineering systems (water supply system (m3/h), electricity power (kW), sewage system (m3/h), heat supply system (kWh/ m3) and human resources (work hours), other.3. Requirements for fermentation, biogas upgrading chemicals. What are main methods of upgrading biogas, their chemical need.4. Biogas plant complex operating cost.5. Transportation requirements and cost to Lithuania:6. CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) to Klaipeda;7. FOB (Free On Board) to Kaunas or other;8. Please provide us with commercial preliminary information regarding cost of all biogas plant complex, transportation tax, separately additional equipment and service.
