Dear Sir, We request you kindly confirm your ability to participate in a tender enquiry for 3 years supply for LIQUID CHLORINE Cylinders as follows:Technical specifications shown in this agreement for Liquid Chlorine shall be strictly adhered to. Deviations to the specifications are not acceptable.Liquid Chlorine 99.8% minMoisture 15 PPM maxMercury 0.01% maxForm Liquified GasApplication: Drinking water and sea water chlorinationShelf life Min 2 yearsDelivery to be made within 3 months from date of manufacture65kgs cylinders shall be filled with 50-65kgs nett of Liquid Chlorine - 800 - 850 cylinders (22 cylinders every month)1000kgs cylinders shall be filled with 850-950kgs nett of Liquid Chlorine - 200 cylinders (5 cylinders every 21days) By the 15th of every month the estimated reqirement of the number of cylinders for next months consumption and any subsequent changes will be conveyed accordingly. Supply shall be made in Manufacturers cylinders CIF Abudhabi basis. Please advise loading / unloading procedures and if any special equipment/vehicle is required to transport the cylinders from port to the refinery Repairs/replacement of the damaged cylinder parts while in customers custody shall be carried out by the manufacturer free of cost Manufacturer must confirm that their cylinders are hydrotested and certified once in every 5 years as per the International Regulation for testing and Maintenance of cylinders for Chlorine filling 1st two shipments will be in Manufacturers cylinders.
