Dear Gentlemen, I trust the morning sun has greeted you well.To introduce, My name is Terry Knight and I am presently representing 2 large retail corporations that are interested in the line of products that you manufacture. Primarily and with accompanying accessories, Electronic Cigarettes and Cigars and their Nicotine Fluid or E-juice.The decision will be to contract manufacturer to provide for a hallmark of 10, 000 units per month initially and 40, 000 10ml bottles of Nicotine Fluid in various flavors all in PG for one corporation and 18, 000 units per month and 10, 000 30ml of Nicotine Fluid in all flavors in either vg/pg for the second corporation for a period of one year. The desired style will be the Mini, Super-Mini, and Pen as they are commonly known.As a contracted advisor and consultant, I am tasked with providing assessment of the products and provide findings to the Board of Advisors on March 22nd and again on April 1st of 2010 for a decision to contract. The Board of Advisors has already made the decision that FOB purchase price would be in the range of Ask Buyerusd to Ask Buyerusd for a complete Starter Kit and negotiated subject to quality, workmanship, and function. The FOB price range for the 10ml Nicotine Fluid would be Ask Buyerusd to Ask Buyerusd and the FOP range for 30ml Nicotine Fluid would be Ask Buyerusd to Ask Buyerusd. My assessment will begin on February 12, 2010 and I would consider all manufacturers wanting to be a contender for these contracts to have 2 (two) each of their best product or products for assessment.
