Good day to you, I represent Mara Moja Commercial Agencies, a company in Nairobi, Kenya dealing in large-scale supply of industrial equipment. Currently we are seeking a supplier for an Automatic Electric Curing Oven. With the following specifications:-1.The purpose of the oven is to dry electrical insulating materials/equipments which contain flammable solvents and vapours. It should be a vent type, able to use natural air for circulation and low energy.2.The oven temperatures should be controlled by a programmable digital PID temperature controller incorporating a shutdown digital timing system, a PT100 sensor and an independent manual reset excess temperature controller. The oven should be able to control inside temperatures between 0-200deg C.3.Inside Temperature uniformity- ±5deg C4.The fan motor should be supplied from a 3Ф -415v ac power supply and be able to recirculate heated air rapidly to ensure thermal uniformity within the chamber. The source of heat should electric.5. The curing chamber should be made according to BSEN61010 to ensure it is safe to the operators and should be a walk-in type measuring 3000mm (L)x 3000mm (W) x2500mm (H) inside dimensions. The interior should be made of stainless steel.6.The door opening should be of the type hinged 2-door providing air tight sealing without slamming and has the option of a key lock. 7.The temperature controller on Control Panel should be of the type adjustable digital controller and incorporates the run-away temperature setting to switch off all the heaters and fans in case of temperatures exceeding 250 degree C.8.
