Dear Sirs:At the moment we are looking for a cheap but still durable bike for our working class segment. Please quote 26” and 24” MTB, 18 speed, packing CKD, with the following specifications:18 speedSteel frame and fork. Horizontal top tube. No suspension. Steel thickness no less than 2.0 mm at the head tubeSizes 24” and 26” Alloy rims. One-piece crank. We know this is cheaper, but this is what our working class segment prefers.V or caliper brakesSaddle with springs. 26” x 2.125 tiresGood quality rubber for tires and inner tubesAmerican valve for the inner tubes. Tube cushion or rim tapesThick spokes (12G) Reflectors: front and rear, and spokes or wheel reflectors. Quote all this in two presentations: a) with NO fender nor carrier, b) WITH steel fender and carrierBesides, all the rest of the parts must be good quality for a durable bike. We have had bad experiences with previous suppliers from China who have sent bad quality parts. Please make sure to include good quality derailleur (China brand), tires, inner tubes (good rubber content), saddles, BB parts, head parts (good steel degree and thickness), head screw (good thread engraving), etc. That is why we ask you to please send photos and full specifications for each of the models you quote. This should include a description of the quality / degree of the steel, and of the materials of the parts that are relevant for the durability of the bike. Don’t forget the pictures and full specifications for your new quotations. At this moment, we are interested in placing a trial order of one 20-feet container. Please quote ONE mixed (24” and 26”) 20-feet container, in two alternatives of packing (CKD and 85% SKD). Please quote a separate price in the case we order one mixed 40HQ. For each case please give an estimation of the quantity that fits in each container.
