However, we wish to inform you that our bankers would issue irrevocable DLC at sight. Nontransferable. Partial Shipment allowed. The LC shall be settled by the bank at the port of Jebel Ali (Dubai)after SGS Dubai issues certification of the goods. Quantity will be 3000ton every month The purity shall be 99.97% to 99.99%- Rejection point shall be 99.96% and below. Rest of the terms seems to be good. Please confirm whether it would be possible to go ahead with the revised terms. Standard Cu Cathode, purity 99,99% Our requirement is as follows, Dimension 914mm x 914mm x 12mm (approx.)
