Circuit Boards (sheared flush)Circuit Boards (sheared flush) shall consist of unpopulated circuit boards or circuit boards that have had all the components removed either by manual dismantling (desoldering) or by means of shearing the components off so that the surface of the circuit board is & sheared flush& .
