Dear Sir,We are looking to form a good working relationship with a continuous supplier, my client operates by way of Letter of credit, but first he has to have sight of the analysis of the steel by way qualified inspectors Labs and this will make up the SGS certificate, and also if possible he would look to attend sight personally in order to inspect shipment. We are looking for 30,000 MT per calendar month of used steel rail R50R65 to come from its port of origin into Spain. We are looking for a price in the Ask Buyer mark in order to sign a 12 month deal. Also we are looking at Scrap Millberry copper 99.7% under the same terms as above, for an initial shipment of 10,000 MT to a port in France , then steadily ramping the order up to 50,000 MT per calendar month.Would you provide me with your best price CIF.
