To Whom It May Concern,My name is Kevin I have an office chair manufactured by your company for which I need a replacement part. The chair label indicates SBG Item #19413-US and PO #***34. The chair was purchased at Staples, Inc. and is a high-back fabric executive swivel chair with a recline feature. The part I need is the bracket that bolts to the underside of the chair base and to which the piston inserts. I also believe I will need the piston part as well as it looks like these two parts are connected to each other.
