This is Heidi from Just Curious Inc LLC, we are an import-export company based in the US. I am interested in exporting Thai brown rice to Ghana, Africa. I came across your company website from the Thai Food Association website. Would you be able to put me in contact with the person who specialized in exporting rice to Africa region in your company? The business opportunity is to establish a long-term stable business relationship with the exporting company to export brown rice to Ghana. The contract will be renewed on the yearly basis, and the quantity is 3000 tons a month. We are looking to source brown rice in grade 1, please take a look and let me know if you are able to assist us in this regard. In addition, when providing us the rice information name, broken %, photo reference, rice type, and the annual production of the rice type from the supplier. For quotation, please follow the standard packaging and 20ft/ 40ft container shipment details. We are looking for long term stable and trustworthy commitment to consistent products. If you can also share with us your company profile and the rice exporting experience the company has been doing in the past, that would be great. Please help to provide the following information. 1）The quotation provided, is it going to be the same pricing on monthly basis or would it be a fluctuation on the pricing? Will you be able to have the quota volume to provide steady 3000 tons of brown rice on monthly basis? 2）Would you share with us some factory and mill and storage photos for reference? 3）Have you exported rice to Ghana, Africa before? Where are the places your company has been doing export businesses to in the past if you can share the list with us? 4）We are looking for a stable good quality ling term partner to commit to the business deal and establish a long-term working relationship together if you can revisit the quotation and provide the best pricing possible as the contract will be renewable on annual basis. 5) We are the import/export company acting as the agent, upon signing the contract, we would like to sign the NDA (Non-Discourse Agreement) between us to revert the commission upon processing the payments.
