Production Capacity of suggested plant – 200 MT/Month (Minimum) Size of Nails - Wire Rod Quality to be used by ISWP – SAE 1012 1) Nail Machine Third Generation High Speed Nail Making Machine alternate Super high speed nail making machine max speed 2000 pcs nails/min, max speed 1500 pcs nails/min, max speed 1250 pcs nails/min, 2) Nail Polishing Drum Machine (Normally we use saw dust to polish nails, if you suggest some better process which will help us in manufacturing export quality nails particularly to US market, it will be of help) 3) Nail Threading Machine with or without the bowl feeder - Demand of screw, ring and other shanks are in equal portions. Customers place order in different mix of smooth, ring and spiral shanks. 4) Wire and Plastic collated nail machine (100 MT/Month each minimum) For each of the machines we would like to have the complete specification, consumables required like Oil, Lubricants, quality of plastic for plastic collated nails, quality of wire for wire collated nails, minimum 10 sets of spare parts like nail mould, nail die, nail cutter, punch wheel, head roller etc for each type of machines. Kindly select machines parts as per international standard & make like motors, PLCs etc and should be in English language Also kindly let us know the manpower requirement, power requirement, spare parts life (Number of pieces), cost of nail production without the raw material. Etc Also if you can suggest a layout for installing the nail machines, polishing machines, threading machines and collating nails so that minimum manpower will be required. In India we have 8 hours per shift for operators & managers and plant will run in all three shifts. Request for your quotation.
