Dear Sir, I hope this email finds you well. C3 is now manufacturing RF raw cable using center conductors from several countries, but has some problems of which electrical characteristics disorder, caused by pitch of center conductor with 19 strands, occurs. To solve the problem, we are planning to adjust Changzhou Hengfeng Special Conductor’s center conductor to our existing RF cable model and test it. C3 is now using 19/0.3 center conductor like below. - made with 0.3mm OD(outer diameter) strand x 19 ea - final OD : 1.44 ± 0.01 mm So, it would be so appreciated if you could introduce and explain Changzhou Hengfeng Special Conductor Co., LTD's center conductor manufacturing technology to us first.
