THE QUOTATIONS MUST BE ENCLOSED IN SEALED ENVELOPES, ENDORSED ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE RFQ NUMBER, CLOSING DATE AND BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS. THE SUBMISSIONS MUST BE POSTED IN TIME INTO THE “RFQ BOX” HWANGE POWER STATION, HWANGE, BEFORE 1500 HOURS ON 05.04.2023. IF QUOTATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED THROUGH EMAIL, THE QUOTATIONS SHOULD BE CLEARLY REFERENCED WITH THE CORRECT REFERENCE NUMBER, CLOSING DATE CLEARLY INDICATED AND EMAIL TO SHOULBE BE NOTED THAT THE QUOTATIONS COMING THROUGH EMAIL SHOULD BE RECEIVED BY 1415HOURS TO ENABLE PRINTING AND DEPOSITING INTO THE ENQUIRIES BOX. NO OTHER EMAIL WILL BE USED AND EMAILS SENT THROUGH INDIVIDUALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. If bidders do not attach proof – ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration. 7. Suppliers must attach VAT Certificate if registered. Suppliers not registered for VAT Should not charge VAT on their Quotations. 8.
