The company has decided to construct a urea fertilizer plant in Regina, Belle Plain, Saskatchewan, with a capacity of 700,000 tons. They plan to sell 75% of the production directly to farmers through an Offtake Agreement, while the remaining 25% will be sold on the open market, targeting eastern Canadian producers. Shareholders in the project receive profits from the plant to offset their fertilizer costs, essentially becoming owners of the facility.
