Russian olive, Ltd is engaged in cultivation and study of an amaranth more than 20 years. We develop and patent technologies of reception Amaranthus oil by press in the way from the non-polluting raw materials which have been grown up in Central Black Earth area of Russia. Quality of oil directly depends on correct cultivation and preparation of seeds, therefore we give to this point in question a great attention and we have the unique technologies.The technology of reception of 100 % of oil of an amaranth by cold pressing, allows to receive oil with safety indicators which correspond to the requirements shown not only in Russia, but also abroad that gives possibilities to apply it not only in food, but also as pharmacological means that cardinally distinguishes us from the companies applying to reception of oil method extraction СО2.Also advantage press amaranth oils consists that squalen ( 7%), being in oil, pharmacological active is much more, in comparison with others squalen -based preparations.Amaranthus oil contains to 10 % phospholipids, and also is rich tocopherols (vitamin E), especially in them to the more biologically active form trienol.
