We also produce special precast products to suit the customer, working in conjunction with clients, architects and engineers.SAAD is located in Um Al Quwain, 10 KMS from Emirates Road. This provides us with easy and quick access to anywhere in SAAD is the first precast factory in Um Al Quwain; the present managing team is of young and energetic individuals with several years of experience in the Sales, Marketing, logistics and Production of precast products.The company is now one of the largest producers of precast panels and slabs in UAQ with a good track record of Quality and Service. At present our production rate is 80 cubic meters per day. Based on the nature of the job, we have Production team consisting of Manager, Engineers, supervisors, fabricators, Team of carpenters, steel fixers, masons & helpers. Dispatch team consisting of Manager, Transport in-charge, supervisor & team of riggers.Administration team consisting of Manager, Administration officer, clerk, accountant, PRO, driver and security.
