We introduce ourselves as the manufacturer and suppliers of Fullers Earth & Allied products.The S.B. Patil Minerals Pvt. Ltd., is a unit under the flagship of S.B.Patil Group, who have been engaged in the following business activities since 4 decades.The business activities are, manufacturer of all types of RCC / PCC / & PSC Poles Crystal Sugar, RCC Hume Pipes, Power and Distribution Transformers, Pre-stress Concrete Railway Sleepers, Point & Crossing Sleepers, Class I Civil & Electrical Contractors, I.O.C. Dealers and also run Educational Institutions viz. High School with CBSE syllabus, State syllabus and Pre University College, B.Ed & D.Ed College.I.RAW MATERIAL: We have our own mines for procurement of the Raw Material i.e. BENTONATE and the long lease and tie-up with mines ensures a constant supply of raw material for at least another 30 years. Our production capacity is 60000 M.T. per annum.II.TECHNICAL: We have qualified and experienced personnel for looking after production and quality check in each & every step of manufacture and ensure that only the right blend is processed, thereby maintaining quality and consistency in finished goods.III.PLANT & MACHINERY: We have a production shed having an area of 17000Sq. Ft. with modernized machineries which are managed by expert team members and assist us in meeting the bulk requirement of our clients.IV.GODOWN: We have a Godown having an area of 17000 Sq.Ft for storing 15000 MT of raw Materials and finished goods separately. Contd.2.2.V.GRINDING METHOD: We are running a Ball Mill having high efficiency in grinding the raw material.VI.THERMAL ACTIVATION METHOD: This will be carried our either by LPG Gas OR by Indirect Firing.VII.TESTING: All the necessary tests after manufacture of Fullers Earth viz.
