We have spare capacities in D2 and Mazut M100.Besides our spare capacities (200, 000 MT/month Mazut and 300, 000 MT / month Diesel D2), we also sell contracts on behalf of some of the Russian Major oil companies. As we are partners in the refinery we managed to make the process very simple, we dont ask for any documents from the seller side (no LOI, no ICPO needed, we only work with people we trust), but we only talk to end buyers or buyers mandates, no intermediaries.
