We are Scotian Halibut Ltd, comprised of two companies one located in Clarks Harbour Nova Scotia and the other located in Woods Harbour Nova Scotia. Our Clarks Harbour facility is our Hatchery and produces thousands of live Atlantic Halibut per year. Once ready these halibut are sold to other markets and grow out operations worldwide, while a percentage is reserved and sent to our own grow-out operation in Woods Harbour Nova Scotia. Our grow out facility is a land based Atlantic Halibut Farm where we grow over 75, 000 Atlantic halibut in over 60 varying sized tanks which hold from 400 - 3000 fish each. Our state of the art recirculation and filtration water system ensures our fish are well clear of diseases and foreign contaminants of the open sea.
