Factory no. 1 mainly focuses on all kinds of middle-tier quality self adhesive papers such as cast coated or mirror coated sticker paper with normal yellow Kraft release, semi-glossy & also wood free sticker papers.there are 1 PE coating production line, 1 silicionlized production line & 3 water based adhesive acrylic permanent coating machine lines with 2 hot melt permanent adhesive coating production lines, 1 back slitting machines & also 4 cutting machines. In order to enhance efficiency & to improve packing quality, in 2010 July we will have one more advanced automatic high speed cutting & packing machine.Factory no. 2 mainly focuses on self adhesive papers, cast coated or mirror coated, APP semi-glossy art, wood free, fluorescent,etc with both yellow Kraft release also with glassine release, as glassine release paper products need higher requirement than normal Kraft release to guarantee the auto die cutting & waste discharge for the higher speed auto sticking label printing machines. Factory no.3 mainly focuses on the special self adhesive material such as: 25 or 40 mic transparent, bright or matt silver or golden PET, 60,80, 100mic transparent or white PVC self adhesive films & also all kinds of self adhesive fabrics such as silk satin fabric for sticking on furniture & mattress also carpet, also all colors of velvet materials and non women fabrics for children DIY items.
