Shaoshan Huanqiu Castings Foundry located in Shaoshan city of Hunan province - a beautiful city with many scenic beauty, and it is a place propitious for giving birth to great men, such as our great chairman Mao. Also it has transport facilities: it is about 15 kilometers apart from 320 national highway, about 7 kilometers apart from Shanghai-Yunnan expressway, and only 40 kilometers apart from Xiangjiang container dock. Founded in 1997, our foundry is a private exporting enterprise and has 7 years of experience in producing castings. Our main products are municipal castings(such as manhole covers with frames, gully gratings, water meter boxes), street furniture, agricultural castings and mechanical castings etc. We are specialized in producing grey iron and ductile iron castings , with an annual output of ductile iron castings over 10,000 tons . The area of our foundry is about 120 acres, production place contain 26,000 M2 . We can produce any castings from 0.10kg to 500kgs for municipal projects, and we have 5 technical engineers, 10 technical person. We has tremendous power in technique with the design ability; and we have the perfect management system , the testing instrument and the complete machining equipments. In order to further promote our service as well as quality of products, We have been accredited BS-EN-ISO9001 certificate by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in April, 1994; and we obtained the self-supporting importing and exporting right since April, 2000. All of our products are used in exporting since our foundry setting up. Our foundry adopted the modern management, we design and make the cast iron castings according to the different standard of different country; We also do the machining according to the drawings or samples sent by our customers.
