Shenyang Dongguan Power Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as DG) iswholly-owned subsidiary of Dongguan group, mainly engaged in research and development,design, manufacturing of piping, pipe fittings, pressure vessels, boilers and modularprefaionbrication. The products are mainly applied in the thermal power station, nuclearpower station, petro-chemical industry, natural gas project etc. DG is one of the fewdomestic suppliers mastering the modular prefabrication technology of both thermal powerand nuclear power piping system. DG is located in the No. 33, Shenxi three east road, economy and technology developingdistrict, Shenyang, with the registered capital 126 million Yuan (RMB) and over 300employees. The plant covers area of 60 mu, constructed in 3 phases. The Phase I with78,500m2 has been put into production. The main plant has 6 continual spans (63,800m2),including 1) nuclear/thermal power piping prefabrication workshop; 2) Pipe fittings (elbowpipe) workshop; 3) boiler serpentine tube production workshop; 4) pressure vesselsworkshop; 5) storage warehouse for finished products and raw materials, and relatedancillary facilities, including acid cleaning room, shot blast room, power substation,welding material house, paint house, nondestructive test room, larger heating furnace etc.Phase I also includes office building (4000m2), canteen (5000m2) and staff dormitory(5700m2).DG is holding the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of People€™s Republic ofChina for pressure piping components (Class A) and pressure vessels (ClassA1 and A2), andASME Certification of Pressure Piping (PP), Pressure Vessels (U) and Boiler(S) issued byAmerican Society Mechanical Engineers, the System certification of GB/T19001-2008ã€GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001: 2004ã€GB/T28001-2001,and established the quality, environmentalprotection, occupational safety management system.
