We are also able handle automobile components with very high volumes achieving rejection rates of 50 to 75 ppm.Our foundry is able to produce intricate castings in Aluminium, Magnesium, Zinc and Phosphor Bronze. An example of this is an Aluminium 356T6 casting for the US market with wall thicknesses of 3mm pressure tested to 6 bar.The hands on knowledge and experience we have gained over the years in TPS enables us to implement core philosophies at our site, using it as a real world example to our customers. We also take up projects for transformation and improvement at their facilities.Years of design and development expertise in Motor Sports gives us an edge in the design of fixtures, development and optimization of processes. Using cutting edge software tools from GE Fanuc we are able to record real time data from the machine to minimize the non-cutting time.
