Our company is well structured and possesses complete product specifications, uses exquisite techniques and produces excellent quality. We produce different steel grades of austenitic and super austenitic stainless steel welded pipes, ferritic stainless steel pipes, duplex steel and super duplex steel pipes. We also produce nickel-base alloy pipes, titanium alloy pipes, copper alloy pipes and clad steel pipes with an outer diameter from 8mm to 3600mm, with wall thicknesses from 0.2mm to 120mm. We are one of the nation’s largest enterprises that can produce the most complete varieties and specifications of stainless steel welded pipes. The annual production capacity of our company reaches 150, 000 tons. Our company has an international advanced JCO large-caliber single forming production line, FFX continuous forming automatic welding production line and spiral welded pipe continuous production line. We have automatic operation cutting and blanking machining center for large plate CNC manipulator, a 3600T CNC Bending Forming Machine Unit, a 800T two-plane linkage Forming Machine Unit and a nine head full-ring frame CNC Shaping and Pre-welding Machine Unit. We also have a Digital Welding Equipment with laser tracking, a full-automatic large-diameter welded pipe Solid Solution Furnace, high-precision Finishing and Straightening Equipment, along with new pollution-free Pickling and Passivation Equipment, etc. The whole set of production equipment is automatically controlled and the whole process is cleaner production. Our company has a well-equipped physical and chemical testing center with complete inspection and testing equipment which has been approved by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, CNAS. Our testing center covers various physical and chemical performance experiments and various non-destructive testing projects from raw materials, semi-finished products to finished products. We have many sophisticated testing equipment such as German Zeiss metallographic microscopes, Labspark spectrometers, Impact Testing Machines, high-frequency Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzers, Ferrite measuring instrument, Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, Eddy Current Flaw Detectors, Hydrostatic Testing Machines, X-ray Flaw Detectors, etc. Our company has strict management measures and control methods from raw materials, production processes to finished products. We have established a quality assurance system in strict accordance with GB (National Standard), ASTM (American Standard), DIN (German standard), JIS (Japanese standard) and other product standards, and established a complete product research, development, manufacturing and quality inspection control system.
