SYSCOM sells 95% through dealers, which are spread over the whole country, and located almost anywhere. They are almost 800, most of them buy at least once a week. Merchandise is shipped 96% using overnight freight from anyone of its warehouses (five of them into the country). SYSCOM prints its own catalogs, four times a year and they are spread over almost everybody in the two way radio industry in Latin America, including communications managers in business government, industry and public safety entities. SYSCOM also prints a Security and Alarm Catalog 4 times a year dedicated to the security industry. Also prints thousands of instructions and technical manuals. SYSCOM trains all of its dealers. They have a very intensive training program that starts on February and ends on November without breaks. Training courses are weekly 50% in Chihuahua and the rest in the most important cities of Mexico. SYSCOM sales averages 60 million dollar per year, from an inventory of about 17 million dollars.
