Sopray Energy Co., Ltd is one of the rapidly developing solar power manufactures, which headquarter is located in Taizhou China in 2005. Sopray now has two production bases in TaiZhou and ShangHai, with two large scale solar industrial parks of more than 600 acres and about 2000 employees on the sites. We are a private-owned enterprise specialized in designing, developing and manufacturing products of waterway fittings, bathroom accessories, air-conditioning accessories, etc. The product is made of high quality cooper such as TP2, H65, H70 and so on. Raw material selection and products specification are both processed according to standards such as ANSI B16.22, BS864, GB/T11618-1999. We provide full range of products with different sizes and specification. The products can be widely used in waterway piping construction, air-conditioning, chemical and railway building industries. We are the FIRST in China to develop technique to produce the thin-walled cooper fittings. For the bathroom accessories manufacturing, we develop hydraulic forming technique to produce faucets with round-shape, square-shape and other different shapes upon customers requests. All products are using H65, H70 lead-free cooper pipes, which contribute greatly to environment protection and construction cost saving.After 1 year R&D work, we successfully developed cooper-made quick fitting products with 90 specifications. The product is suitable for K, L, M type ASTM B88 pipe (both soft and hard) with 1/81, ASTM D2846/2846M-99 CPVC pipes and PEX pipes upon ASTM F876/F877 requirements. The products can not only work under the temperature from 0250 degree Fahrenheit and also be utilized to contain different liquid and gases under 200psi.
