Tung Sheng Company Limited was established in 1965, specializing in rubber and vulcanized shoe manufacturing machinery.In 1984, we successfully developed the first-ever Calender Type Foxing Machine with Color Extruder (Model TS-913) in Taiwan. In 1988, we developed the 3-Color Foxing Extruder (TS-9133) and Self-Adhesive Glue Foxing Extruder (TS-9134) to meet high shoes standard. Now, the most advanced model is TS-9134A1 with Water Temperature Controllers to control mold, extruder, and embossing roller temperatures as well as a chiller for better cooling effect.After many years of research and continuous improvements, our company successfully developed TS-9136 Multiple Functional Foxing Machine for producing Converse All Star shoes. Prior to caldender process, TS-9137C Force Feed Rubber Extruder removes 98% air bubbles from rubber sheets; hence all types of calender machines are able to produce high quality outsoles and Foxing in low production loss for the name brand shoes, such as Nike, Adidas, Sketchers, Reebok, Converse All Star, Puma, Polo, and Vans as well as rain boots and snow boots. Automation is important as one of our development goals. In 2010 we upgraded our machine models from steam type to Water / Oil Temperature Controller Type for precise and automatic temperature control to ease rubber / EVA productions. "Go Green" is also what we endeavor to; therefore, we developed pulverizing equipment for recycling rubber / EVA materials which help factories reduce bulky wastes and re-use in-house ground powder for saving factory's production cost, increasing filler additives performance, and for protecting global environment.Strong Basic Enterprise Limited Company was established in 1992 for the purpose of integrating turnkey equipment, shoe-making-technology, and after-sale-service network. We have created a strong support group to provide our worldwide customers. Our team provides know-how consultancy, production technology, and whole plant design, rubber machine manufacturing as well as water, air, and electricity suggestions, which enable to help our customers producing profitable and high quality Rubber / EVA /NBR-PVC/EPDM products. We have helped many name brand OEM factories, such as Nike, Adidas, Converse All Star, and Vans set up their vulcanized shoe plants across Taiwan, mainland China, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Cambodia....all over the world. We also help African company set up their EVA foaming, slipper assembly, and EVA laminating plants. We supplied NBR-PVC foam tube and sheet turnkey equipment and transfer the production technology to Tunisia and India successfully. We provided EPDM machines to Philippines. Since we have professional knowledge, good technology team, actual factory-set-up experiences and good relationship with chemical suppliers, our customers also ask us to help them souring and obtaining quality raw materials for their products.Our goal is to continuously develop advanced machines and implement automation system to reduce manpower in rubber product factories. We also dedicate ourselves to develop good automatic pulverizing system to recycle and reuse rubber, EVA, NBR-PVC, and EPDM in order to reduce customer's production waste and costs.
