Baghpat-UP).Our manufacturing unit covers complete range of Investment & Sand Casting of Ferrous, Non-Ferrous & Alloys metals. We cast steel in various grades such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Gun Metal as per National & International Standards.Stainless Steel Grades: CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CN-7M {Alloy-20, CA15 & CA 40}.Nickel & Cobalt based Alloy: MONEL, INCONEL, HASTELLOY B & C and Satellites.Carbon Steel Grades: WCB, WCC, LCB, LCC & EN Series. Others: Gun Metal {LTB-1 & LTB-2}, Aluminium bronze & Brass Grade.We have Induction furnaces of Inductotherm Make with three crucible of 150/250/500 Kg capacity and our plant is equipped with CNC & Conventional milling machines facilities & testing laboratory and our monthly casting capacity is 150 MT.We are specialized in customized designing & development of new components and we are constantly upgrading with most modern technology for manufacturing and testing of our products and our entire manufacturing processes are under one roof and our facilities is spread within 5000 Sq.
