Taldom tannery

The Taldom Tannery was constructed in 2000 and put into operation in 2001, so the factory is one of the youngest in its sector. Our modern equipment fleet is comprised of machinery of global leaders such as Bauce, Cartigliano, Bergi, Vallero, Persico, Poletto, Gemata, Mostardini etc. The capacity of our factory allows for processing of 800,000 kg of rawhide per month which further manufacturing of about 200,000 sq.m of semi-finished crust leather and finished leather. The factory has about 120 employees. The chief technologist at our factory is Mr. Francesco Pizzimenti (Italy). Our tannery offers a wide range of leather products to the customers and it is constantly increasing production volumes of crust leather. The leather crust for shoe uppers is the best-selling product and most popular with our foreign partners. Our crust is of chrome tanning. For its production are used chemicals supplied by leading European firms such as Dermakim, Neotens (Italy), Smith and Zoon (The Netherlands), BASF, Samia, TFL and others.
