Tangshan Zhongyi Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest cement packer manufacturers in China. With our microcomputer control system, our company now is leading our way to the highest level in this field in China. Our company was established in 1989, and began to design and produce cement packing equipment. Having a long history of manufacturing and marketing cement packing machines, according to the development and requirements of the market, we have been unceasingly updating the quality and increasing the diversities of the products. The production scale has also enlarged in a massive way. Due to the strong quality and excellent performances, all types of the packing machines and their accessories have reached over 3000 cement plants around the country and are also exported to other countries, including Russia, Vietnam, Peru, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, etc. They not only enjoy the reputation, but also earn credit from the customers. The cement packers of type DGT-50 and vibrating screens of PZS series, which were originally invented and produced by our company, were chosen to be the first recommendation in the field by China Cement Association. In addition, cement packers of type DGT-50 have also won the silver prize in both the 2nd Northern China Fair and the 7th Hebei Provincial Technical Fair. The rotary cement packers of type BHYW-8, invented and developed in the early 90s, passed the evaluation by Hebei Provincial Science Committee in 1997. The conclusion of the evaluation was "the type BHYW-8 filled a gap in the variety of the domestic cement packing machines, improved the way of cement feeding, motor controlling and weight monitoring, and reached the advanced level in the same range of domestic products". They were also awarded the A-class Certificate of the Hebei Provincial Scientific and Technological Achievement. Through hard work and firm determination of all our staff members, many great achievements have been made in the last decade. In Dec. 1998, our company was confirmed as "Innovative and High Technology Enterprise" by Hebei Provincial Science Committee. In 1999, our company was conferred the title of "Hebei Star Company" by Hebei Provincial Patent Bureau. Since 1993, our company has successively been named the title of "Credit Enterprise" by the local government. In 2003, our company was conferred the "AAA Grade Credit Enterprise" by the Bank of Agricultural Hebei Branch. Besides, varieties of professional qualified certificates have been obtained as well, such as the Metrology Certification of China which was awarded by National Bureau of Legal Metrology and the National Building Material and Machinery Product Certificate which was awarded by National Technical Committee on Building Material and machinery of Standardization Administration of the National Bureau of Building Materials. There is a cement packing machinery institution in our plant with 14 professional senior engineers who are specialized in studying and designing the cement packing machinery.
