Tangshan Yate Special Automobile Co., Ltd. is a large-scale manufacturing enterprise of special-purpose automobiles, jointly funded by Tangshan Special Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Tangshan Gear Group Co., Ltd. on the basis of restructured capital of the former Tangshan Special Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Approved and designated by the State authority concerned as an enterprise engaged in refitting of automobiles for civil use, it is one of the key projects of the base of automobile spare parts industry of Tangshan City. Situated in Tangshan City , Hebei Province, the Company enjoys convenient transportation conditions. The Beijing-Harbin Railway, Beijing-Shenyang Expressway and Tangshan-Tianjin Highway run through Tangshan connecting the city with Beijing , Tianjin and northeast China . Apart from Tangshan Port , Tangshan is only 100 kilometers to Tianjie Xingang Port and Qinhuangdao Harbor respectively. The main products of the company include heavy motor vehicles for carrying concrete mixers with volume of 6m3 , 7m3 , 8m3 , 9m3 , 10m3 and 12m3 converted from Jiefang, Dongfeng, Auman, Steyr and Dongfeng-Nisson Diesel Motor, for carrying bulk load such as cement powder with capacity of 22m3 , 34m3 , 42 m3 , 56m3 , 65 m3 and 68m3 , trailer truck with length from 8 to 12 meters and garbage truck. Based on restructured capital of Tangshan Special Automobile Company, Yate Company is newly established in accordance with modern enterprise system and Company Law. The former Tangshan Special Automobile Company was specialized in manufacturing concrete mixer trucks and bulk cement trucks. First established in 1965, this company possessed strong team of research and development with more than 20 years' experience in manufacturing special-purpose automobiles. The products have been sold to over 160 cities in 29 provinces and autonomous regions in China . Committed in undertaking new projects, Yate Company has made outstanding achievements in automobile refitting industry in China , with 11 products listed as city-, province- and even national-level new products. ● In 1986, the first concrete mixer truck of China was made in Tangshan Special Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd, which substitute exported truck of same kind; ● TZ5260GJB-Type Concrete mixer truck of 6 m 3 and 3YCT1-Type percussive compaction machine made in the company fill in the blank in the country and substitute exported products, which was awarded as new product at the city-, province-, and national level for several times; ● In 1997, the company took the lead in using domestic-made chassis of Jiefang brand for concrete mixer truck, and was granted as national-level new product of Year 1998; ● The development of 15-ton bulk cement truck of the company was awarded with the prize entitled with rejuvenating Hebei Economy; ● The concrete mixer truck of 12 m 3 and bulk lime truck of 68 m 3 developed in 2005 have become popular with wide range of customers due to their high quality, good performance and competitive price; The research and development center of Yate Company is recognized by provincial department concerned.
