Since 1949, the first generation tea master of HUGOSUM, Mr. Shih, graduated from Taiwan Tea Industry Transmitting Institute to manage Japanese tea factory. He not only makes the tea but also witnesses the ups and downs of Sun Moon Lake Black Tea industry.Today, the second generation- Ms. Shih Zhu Hua and her husband, Mr. Chen Yen Quan, inherited her father’s mater spirits and tea making technology. As a manufacture, they not only devoted themselves to making finest tea, but also establish the brand, Hugosum, to promote Taiwan black tea culture.
