The sleeping pocket

There are many types of bed sheets that are designed to provide a quick and easy way to change bed linen. A fitted sheet commonly provides a tight and neat fit when it is secured to a mattress with elastic material on the corners of the fitted sheet. A top sheet is then placed on top and secured under the edges of a mattress. Bed sheets can be troublesome to apply to a mattress, especially if both a fitted sheet and top sheet are used. In addition, if an individual moves around during sleep phases, the sheets, especially a top sheet, will be moved around and become unsecured from a mattress. These problems encompass mattresses of all sizes. A bedding assembly including a fitted sheet, preferably one fitted sheet having a head end and a foot end, at least a second sheet, preferably one flat top sheet having a head end and a foot end to be placed atop the said fitted sheet, and a removable elastomeric component either attached to the fitted or top sheet.The primary objective is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and make bed-making, sheet-changing more efficient as a way of improving a users sleep. It is a further objective of the present invention to secure the sheets to the bed during sleep without constraining the users movement during sleep, particularly for small children that reposition themselves during sleep so much so that the sheets are no longer secured.
