Tianjin Shenzhoutong Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd ,with total investment of RMB 260 million, was founded in 2001 and occupied 86,000 square meters and building area 28,000 square meters. It is located in the Chinese Steel Pipes Base - Daqiu Zhuang, Tianjin. 46 kilometers away from Tianjin Port and 3 km away from the high-speed exit, So the transportation is very convenient . More than 400 employees and over 70 Senior staff are working in the company. There are three main kinds of products in our company--ERW Steel Pipe, Sprial Steel Pipes and Oil Casing Pipes. There are two production lines for ERW Steel Pipes, O.D.114.3mm-508mm and W.T 3.58mm-16.3mm. And we have ten production lines for the Sprial Steel Pipes, O.D.219.1mm-3000mm and W.T 5mm-30mm. Besides,for the oil casing pipes,we have two production lines to make the pipes with O.D 60.32mm-508mm and W.T:4.24mm-16.3mm. In addition, two production lines are insulted for supporting anti-corrosion. The annual output is up to 500,000 metric tons. We will take the newest international standards to produce the pipes, such as API 5L,API 5CT,ASTM,EN10219-2,GB/T9711,3091-20081,3793-2008,14291-2006,etc. The material we will use are GRB,X42,X52,X60,X65,X70,J55,K55,N80,L80,P110 steel grades, etc.The products are widely used in petroleum, natural gas, gas, coal, machinery, electric power, piling and other purposes. We have been using the international advanced technological equipments, such as W-FF molding, solid-state high frequency induction welding, ultrasonic testing, magnetic flux leakage detection etc, as well as high-end testing equipments as metallographic analysis, Vickers hardness tester, impact testing machine, Spectrum analyzer, universal testing machines ,etc. Since its foundation, the company has achieved many international certifications and honours, like API 5L,API5CT,ISO9002-2000 pressure pipe production license, license of industrial products production and Chinese petroleum and petrochemical membership card,China quality product certification,Tianjin Famous Brand,exemption product,Tianjin Top 100 private enterprises honours.
