Information on an available trial order which we may book with the factory as a follow up to a good quality sample.Sample package in hand, TIMOKA approaches one of its existing manufacturers, or where necessary a new manufacturer to produce the clients sample. If we believe that the manufacturer is capable of meeting the Quality and Quantity Requirements, we discuss the sample with the manufacturer, bringing his attention to all quality points.The client sends us a sample package which includes: sample, technical papers for style, fabrics and accessories to make a counter sample.A counter sample is produced at the manufacturer using the clients fabric and trim. TIMOKA will control the sample to make sure that the quality is correct.If the quality is good TIMOKA Turkey will make price negotiations with the factory on the clients behalf to produce a trial order. (It is very important at this point that we have some information regarding a trial order that can be placed quickly with the factory as this makes price negotiation on the clients behalf easier ).The counter sample is sent to the client per courier for his approval, as is the total price which consists of the manufacturer cost andTIMOKA Turkeys ongoing commission to look after the clients CMT /FB business.Prior to the client sending the trial order, he should first send: (1)General Contract (format by TIMOKA ) (2) A list of the tariff numbers as used for the clients fabrics and accessories (if needed) (3) The tariff number of the finished product. Upon receipt of approval to work on a temporary basis from the Turkish Customs department, the manufacturer informs TIMOKA, (who in turn informs the client) that the shipment may be sent.The trial order is checked in upon receipt by TIMOKA, together with the factory, to make sure that the clients documentation is understood by the factory, and that all fabrics and accessories are present.
