Our Toofar group is a professional manufacturer of mobile phone accessories in shenzhen. Our first factory was established in 1999, from that time we begin to produce chargers and data cables for local market, these years we grow very fast and increase to 2 factories which producing chargers, cables&headsfree, From 2004 we start international business and takeing OEM and ODM orders from European and US market.Our factory is about three thousand square meters, the first floor is our mold workshop The seconed floor is our Production workshopWe have injection dept. and painting dept., that means all the production process are controlled by ourselves, it avoids our OEM and ODM clients€™ products copied by their competitors. We have SMT, soldering tin system, automated production-line and aging room in the workshop, Now 50% of our production process was finished by machine, it decreased defective rate during hand-made production, and increase the production output a lot. We have 400 workers before and all of them have to work more than 12 hours everyday. Now there are only 200 well-trained workers here and they only need to work 810 hours everyday. It saves a lot of average cost and increased the output, this year the capacity of our factory is about 1 million pieces charger, and 1 million different cases every month.Now we have more than 30 technical experts, designers and engineers, 15 professional sales working in our factory.
