(b) ARDLC, SBLC, MT103/23 for Shipments 1st month thru 10th month. Shipment after ARDLC is in place and confirmed by bank. 100% payment on sight.Shipments (1st month) through Shipment (10th month) Auto Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (ARDLC), SBLC, MT103/23, 100% cash backed, Active, Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, payable 100% at sight to the Sellers Bank (Prime Bank) per shipment, with monthly payments for the value of one months delivery, issued by top 25 World Bank and valid during all contract. The payment will occur with presentation of each shipment documents at the loading port after SGS inspection. Note, the buyer will forfeit the last months payment if failure to perform 1st to 10th month shipments. PERFORMANCE BOND:A Two (2%) percent Performance bond will be used for the value of the shipment (US$ 1, 290, 000.00) to activate BG and ARDLC. ARDLC has to be in place before shipping dates can be made for delivery of product.Normal booking time is 45 to 60 days from placement of ARDLC. So the sooner ARDLCis in place, the sooner dates can be given for the first shipment. PB will be in place for first shipment only to assure delivery.
