In certain cases we pay them more than this. Simultaneously, we take extra care of our employees by paying them double wages for their overtime work. We provide them safety equipments. Our working place is hygienic and the atmosphere pollution free.We have a separate set up to control Child Labour and we prefer to pay extra wages to the weavers to make sure that no Child is involved in the weaving process on any of our looms.
