Vijay Kumar Sharma Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in LAW. He has over a long period of experience in, Corporate Laws, Restructuring and Corporate Advisory Services. A seasoned corporate consultant, Vijay has been able to steer VS ASSOCIATES in the highly competitive corporate services world. Pawan Kumar Pawan Mr Pawan Kumar Pawan is a Law Graduate. He has invaluable experience in FEMA related matters. Young and energetic, Pawan has a flair in drafting important business agreements and other documents. While providing valuable support to other departments of the organisation, he heads the Departments of Non Banking Finance Companies and Foreign Investment Services. He also takes care of liasoning with various Government Agencies.
